I am excited to announce I am going to be changing up the format of the website. While the main focus will still be on restoration repair advice. At present the site helps people that want to be prepared. Just in case they have a water or smoke damage issue. Then I have people that actually have a water or smoke damage problem. But what about the every day problems with things breaking, not starting, getting damage? Because some folks need help with these types of repairs also, I will include any other repairs that I do. Basically, this will include a verity of different items. My YouTube channel all ready includes many helpful miscellaneous repair videos. Some of the videos also have post n the site. Water and smoke damage is not the only videos, on the channel. The existing format, won’t change, just adding new material.

Outside Tap Leaks
- Does your outside tap drip or leak? When you call a plumber, you are going to be paying a service call. Which could cost $75.00 or more, Because, plumbers are not cheap. In most cases its just a minor adjustment. You can fix the outside tap without even buying a part and you can do it yourself in under 10 minutes.
